SPORTEDGE Annual Sport Day by Primary Section of Mount Litera Zee School “Do you know what my favorite part of the game is? The opportunity to play.” -Mike Singletary The much awaited ‘SPORTEDGE’ Annual Sports Day held on Sunday, 22 December, 2019, with great zeal, excitement and frolicsome atmosphere. The program began with one of our Teacher welcoming the esteemed gathering and emphasized on the importance of sports in a child's life. The Guests, Rajendra Sinde (DSO), Mr. Rajendra kaspate (PSI), Mr. Mukesh Karewar, Mr. Sanjiv Balsakle, Mr. Anand Gadekar for this event and our honorable Chairman Mr. Gajananji Agrawal, Mrs. Vijayalaxmi Agrawal, Director Mr. Nitishji Agrawal and Principal and Director Ms. Nishi Agrawal also took the salute of the impressive March Past of the students, coupled with some stirring marching music by the band. The students entered into the spirit of the occasion in a grand way with the oath being administered by our honorable Principal mam Ms. Nishi Agrawal.. An energizing equestrian displayed set the tone for the rest of the event. The students displayed drills grade wise. Dumbbells, Pyramid formation, Marshal Art displayed memorizing the audience with their energetic performances. Once the races began, the air filled with cheering and tons of encouragement for the young athletes. Students of Grade I to Grade VII competed in events including cone race, ready to school, ball and basket, book balance, ring ball race, run waiter run, classic relay race, tunnel race, running to and fro. All House trophies of group games awarded to respective house caption. Prizes distributed to individuals for respective races. “Hard work beats talent, when talent doesn’t work hard” with this beautiful thought by Tim Notke our parent participated in races.
